But since he hadn't spoken to him since high school (that's an assumption, granted, but it didn't seem like they were close buddies), why was it that much of an awkward moment. Ok, I guess it might just be me (tho I'm sure I'm not alone) that doesn't consider such things of much imortance. If it was his mom or a friend he was speaking to daily outside of facebook, perhaps. Or even a relative more distant than immediate family. But some person you used to know (of) died, and facebook suggests you reconnect. And that's extremely awkward. I just don't get why. But I'm also a person who doesn't get why seeing your sister, for example, complete a "what type of sexual position are you" quiz is that controversial. Who cares. It's facebook.
