I think most of the moves that they eventually had to revert was a result of serious external influence on Mark. It's not that Mark is perfect, it's just that his excuses for the moves so not come from him, if you know what I mean.

So, what was that bit about commercial use?I understand that they're using broad language to cover their asses... but how about they just don't do anything they shouldn't in the first place?
