"The leagues and studios named are certain to fight the complaint tooth and nail, as their actions have demonstrated that they prefer consumers to remain in the dark about their fair use rights." - Sadly, this article left me in the dark as well. What are my fair use rights for this content?Side Note: The word "disseminated" has always scared me.

I've always wondered why other shows didn't say "you can't use this without the express written consent of fox 11 news" or whatever at the end of them.

This reminds me of when the NFL threatened to sue when churches had superbowl parties, because they were showing it on a screen that was bigger than 55 inches, which makes it illegal under the NFL's copyright rules. That just doesn't make sense. I've got a 60 inch tv and I'm scared to use it.

RTFA:"This telecast is copyrighted by the NFL for the private use of our audience. Any other use of this telecast or any pictures, descriptions, or accounts of the game without the NFL's consent is prohibited."The telecast is for private use, or viewing, post telecast discussion would be covered under the following portion: "Any other use of this telecast or any pictures, descriptions, or accounts of the game without the NFL's consent is prohibited".As I stated above if you take the statement as it is written you can not discuss the game. Which is positively ridiculous.

See that ship over there? They’re re-broadcasting Major League Baseball with implied oral consent, not express written consent.
