I would voice my opinion, but that would be me exercising my right to free speech, which is guaranteed in the constitution, and thus will make me a terrorist.
The article is from November 14, 2001 and was presumably made before 9/11 because it says it circulated internally in color before the release at this event. Before 9/11 the main threat was from organizations such as Peta and Greenpeace but the entire middle column is pure absurdity.
How about "Lone Individuals" or "Non-Aligned Terrorists" (How could THEY be terrorists?!)Kind of makes me want to keep making irrelevant references to the constitution next time I get pulled over, though, just to see what will happen...
