LOL @ "first encounter assault recon."ookaaay...the recommended system requirements piss me off. 3ghz p4, 1gb ram (they didn't say ddr, but that's probably what they meant), --256mb-- radeon 9800+ or geforce 6600+, Sound Blaster(R) X-Fi(TM) series sound card (what the fsck? even the minimum system requirements ask for a directx 9.0 compliant sound card with EAX 2.0).C'MON! i think i'll HAVE to pass on this game, unless i want to spend $50 on another stick of ram, $120+ on a compatible video card, and $30 on a MINIMALLY compatible sound card.this is why i don't play pc games. you'd have to a) be a millionaire or b) be a freak with no life who'd rather spend $200 every time a new game comes out.

I've been waiting for a FPS game to focus on horror for a long time. Doom 3 had some moments, but nothing quite as creepy as the excellent survival horror games on consoles."How about Halo on the XBOX.Left stick is WASD, Right stick is mouse.There. Imagine that. Now you've proved yourself wrong."Yay, it's devolved into a PC vs console debate! For shooters WASD/Mouse plus all the surrounding keys for crouching, going prone, looking around edges, running, jumping, etc seems like a no-brainer. Halo's an OK game, but using that gamepad is nothing at all like a computer's setup.
