They actually read "Spamming", "Sniping", "Headshot", and "Camping". You can see them at <a class="user" href="http://www.hlfallout.net/content/potd.php?id=23148">http://www.hlfallout.net/content/potd.php?id=23148</a> if you really want to.

Actually Despair Incs posters are a parody of these, <a class="user" href="http://www.allposters.com/gallery.asp?aid=638552053&c=c&search=12920&GCID=s15100x025%2DTop%5FKWs&KEYWORD=%5BMotivational+Posters%5D">http://www.allposters.com/gallery.asp?aid=638552053&c=c&search=12920&GCID=s15100x025%2DTop%5FKWs&KEYWORD=%5BMotivational+Posters%5D</a>These posters are just doing the same job, neither are the original. As for are they funnyor not. If you have worked in an Extreme programming shop they are funny as hell. If you have not they are probably just confusing. Very specific geek humor.
