Seriously people... if you spend any real time working with the EPA you will find it may be the WORST government agency by a huge margin. Most of the people working there have little understanding of what real science even looks like, much less how to interpret the findings and create reasonable policy. I've seen them say and do some completely insane things that don't make any sense given the scientific data right in front of them. Don't give them any credit at all.
