@rbtopp: get a clue please or provide proof for your "vista is xp sp3" statement, I'd like to see you try. Oh and topp, meet apostrophe, he's been "dieing" to meet you.
@jrbrewin - you shouldn't care at all. And if you truly didn't care you would have scrolled on past the story and read something more to your liking, now wouldn't you?
here come all the fat 14 year olds out of the woodwork to praise systems that they will never be able to afford, this story is pointless stop submitting and digging them. please
And another:http://www.onfocus.com/2006/06/3811A quote from the O'Reilly article:"I've been hearing these rumblings as well, but I don't know what to make of them. One of my friends just told me that all this switching away buzz has convinced him to decide against switching to Mac OS X, and he's going to move from Windows to Ubuntu instead."Do you now get my point? Who cares who is switching to what. They are just normal people also who happen to have a preference. Get over it.
I'm a fanboy. I'm guilty.Style, substance, practicality brings that out of me.I don't feel bad for this however. I'm just glad I'm not a PC gamer. I shudder at such a shallow existence.Oh, I love video games ....... just not at the expense of being a grown-up career professional.

What Matt.Rubin didn't mention is that he only has two friends. There is no logical or sensible reason to switch to a PC unless you are cheap.
