This is a very random edition, but the second version of the Etch-a-Sketch animator had cartridge based gaming.

Anyone play one of the new VG Pocket Caplets? They're a little handheld with 50 games and a surprisingly good LCD. The controls aren't too great, but playable. The screen rivals the DS though. Only about half the games are good, but for $30, this thing is pretty cool. They have them at Gamestop/EBgames and Circuit CIty.

The greatest application for the Dreamcast VMU was the ability to pick football plays without your opponent seeing what you picked, great idea.

Oh god, I had probably one. So did my sister, all we did would spend our times downloading all the games from the site (on dial-up). It took forever, but it was so fun. I just wish the chat range was further, then I could talk to a few neighbor kids. Later I got an Xtreme, I was so excited about the microphone and walkie talkie thing. Sadly no one bought that one :(.
