If you add new capabilities to the hardware, you add new API calls to use them. Then you have an SDK that older phones can't use. So then you have mark apps as "runs on all h/w" versus "only runs on new hardware".With Apple so dedicated to making this stuff easy to use, it doesn't seem like their style.
