it actually is on a military base...i failed to mention that, i didn't think people would be this in depth. But yea, its military.

I can top that. I had a film start splitting down the middle, never figured out why. But it happened after the projection so it never appeared on screen, and it still kept both of the fail safe arms up so the projector never shut down. This ran this way the last half of the movie so it was totally ruined.

I didn't think there would be this many booth managers on digg. Great to see. As for the article, old equip but a lot of screening rooms I've seen are reel to reel. (No sense building and tearing it down if your only going to watch it once) digg
