Okay, insomnia will cause I person to read long pointless treads on message boards.The guy with the receipt shared it because the thought it was funny. He had no plans to take anyone to court. He just wants his account fixed the way he wanted it in the first place.

The people calling this customer an idiot are morons. Firstly, I guess you've never had problems with some dumbass clerk who tells you that he doesn't have the game you preordered. Or the electronics boutique morons that try to sell you an open game for the price of a new one, then look like they're going to cry when you say no. Secondly, I've worked in retail for a while, long enough to know that this retard manager should get fired over this. Negative viral word of mouth is the worst possible thing a retailer can have, and guess what... 1700 some odd people dugg this story, which means they'll tell all their friends about this one guy's experience. If I were one of Blockbuster's corporate goons, I'd fire this douchebag in an instant, for working to futher a negative image of the company while Blockbuster is having bad times.
