I'm not sure they present themselves as a Digg killer... Wikio seems very different from Digg and more close from Google News with more advanced features. Yes, it seems to be a good information service!
That title is from techcrunch. I did call it a digg clone in the description, I don't think there is much more to it than diggism. the interface itself is very pliggy

I have to say my first experience with it was surprisingly positive. Normally these clones (netscape et al) are rubbish.
