coolmaterial.com — You can never be too prepared for any situation, especially a zombie attack. Assuming you can’t get your hands on an AK-47 or an antidote, you’re going to need some supplies. We’ve come up with a list of the MUST HAVE Zombie Attack survival gear.

"Some zombies are slow. Not all."Yeah, but it's never a mix of the two. They're either all slow or all fast. Determine which you are dealing with, then make a decision on weaponry.

I hope you can go more than 2-3 miles. We go 10-20 miles with M16s and 60+ lbs of gear. But your point is valid. However, as zombies don't feel pain much and their internal organs are all but useless, an AR/AK is useless... the rounds move too fast and are too small. You need ammo with knockdown power and heft. A shotgun with 00 or 000 and maybe even ball slugs should provide that. Weight is an issue, but I imagine 1 or 2 shots should do it... unlike the 1 or 2 mags from an AR.Get a vehicle mounted Mk19 with a radio, and call in an AC-130H Specter. Use 105mm for the large crowds and the 40mm for the small ones. The 25mm is good for detail work.
