gizmodo.com— Epcot's most recently updated ride features an unnamed man tinkering with a computer in a garage. Is it co-founder Steve Jobs or co-founder Steve Wozniak? You decide?

Considering he wanted to take the company in the direction of making calculators, and that the Altair consisted of four boards and not one motherboard, I would not consider that the first hobbyist computer. It may however be the first poorly designed hobbyist computer. Not to mention the thing was damn complicated and took forever to program. Interesting that the wiki article states that the Altair inspired Bill Gates and Paul Allen. If so how was Microsoft's Altair BASIC shipping on the machine?
Who is being shunned? Jobs knows he didn't make the Apple I. He'd be the guy standing next to the tinkerer talking to the guy in a suit about how great the computer is.
So you'd rather have steve jobs instead of woz? Steve Jobs is nothing but a salesman. Woz is the one who created it. Woz gets the credit. In no other industry does the person who decided to sell it get the credit. It's always the inventor who does.

How much is Woz worth these days? IMO he is the lucky one. All that money and he probably doesn't get harassed everywhere he goes.

I'd say it's Steve Jobs, given the amount of influence (voting shares) he now has of Disney.
