lachoseinteractive.net — It's AWESOME. YOu must see screenshoot before you decide. It permits one to dim the background of the foremost application thereby enhancing its visibility. You can switch it on or off very quickly from the menu bar, and set the level of dimness."

Why dugg LordLucless down? He asked a really legitimate question: What exactly does anything web 2.0 look like?Do you really know it?

Awesome is a perfectly good word, it's just used incorrectly to oftern. It pretty much means worthy of awe, this can be good or bad.And sstidman, rockintom99 did not USE the term Web 2.0, he simply refered to it.Web 2.0 is used in a similar manner to an adjective, and if I were to say "Blue is a stupid name for a colour", I havn't used the adjective blue, I didn't say something that is blue is stupid, I simply refered to the term blue, and indicated I thought said term was stupid. And for the record, I do not actually think that blue is a stupid word, I just couldn't think of a better metaphor right now.

The description is totally inaccurate:"Doodim permits one to dim the background of the foremost application thereby enhancing its visibility."WRONG. It doesn't do anything to the background of the "foremost" application, unfortunately; it's still the same stupid glaring white that you're stuck with on this OS.

^^ Which is exactly why floating windows are, and always have been, a stupid idea. And Adobe is a major perpetrator. People tout Adobe apps as if they're examples of good design, when in fact they exemplify s**tty design. And what a surprise, they and (former) fellow offender Macromedia come from a Mac-centric heritage.
