No, Microsoft said it won't be released in 2009 but anytime in 2010 is fair game. I'm sure they will try to get this out sooner in 2010 rather then later.

We already have the webcams. It is simply a matter of the software. Frankly both Windows and OSX should have native support for this type of gesture interface.

If they did it correctly you could still use the traditional controls for most games but Natal would add an expanded experience.
