attentionmax.com — An immoral executive from an email marketing company (JMAX) plagiarized my latest column in MediaPost, which focused on social media and advertising. This guy swapped a few words then sent my story to all of his clients, claiming it as his own analysis. One of JMAX's clients informed me about his fraud. Compare my original to his alteration. Lame!

Looks like this same guy (or at least the company he works for) had a little run in with the SEC a couple years ago. He was fined $20k for illegally promoting stock.
