briskoda.net — Do we need any more proof that the guys behind Edworthys and 247 Performance Parts Direct are a bunch of fraudsters!!? They under sell products at cheaper than cost price and then fail to honour the orders - damaging parts manufacturers business, damaging reputable retailers and also damaging the aftermarket industry as a whole!

I've now waited 1 month for my parts and smell a rat big time.They don't return calls, have told me there are issues with their suppliers and seem to ignore anything through their website which isn't a paymentI don't know if my credit card company will do anything on a payment of less than ?100 but I'm onto them every day until something happens

I don't know about the "new company", but I ordered on March 5 and received a confirmation on my order for £156 on www.247ppd.com (or www.edworthys.co.uk or Softel Tech Ltd as they are all the same company). After not hearing back from them (or shall I say him, as you will later see), I called and was told my order had been canceled and my credit card would be refunded. Its been 25 days since and no refund. Always a guy named Sam answers no matter which company, phone, or department I call, and tells me the same lame excuse that the person in charge of the refunds is out, and to please check by Tuesday of the following week. I have started a charge back with my bank, and I would advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with this store.

I also placed an order on 247ppd.com on 2007 december 27th and NEVER have received anything!!!!! I tried to contact them (247ppd.com or edworthys.co.uk) many times and I NEVER received any answer!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY TO ONE OF THESE WEBSITE AS THEY SEEM TO ONLY BE UNHONNEST GUYS!!!PS: please excuse my english (I write from France...)!

More bad experiences. Order placed on 31/03/08. Cancelled a day later because they made it so difficult just to change the delivery address (which they got wrong in the first place). No refund 2 weeks later, so called them up again, only to be told they were waiting on me to provide proof of ID because they did not believe who I was.I decided to go through my credit card company to get my refund. Credit card company confirmed they do not need to ask for ID.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! - you have been warned.
