you are losing a bunch of water weight. this is a temporary aesthetic weight loss. are you gonna be a bridesmaid sometime soon or something similar? If not then this is probably not the way to go.

Awesome. Thanks for the response.I'm never going to look like Arnold, I have skinny Irish genes. I mainly work out to tone up. After all, muscle burns calories. I'm not trying to bulk up.My aversion to red meat is I'm 40. Red meat is linked to colon cancer, so I only eat steak occasionally.

Very few of us are aware that our bodies are similar to our backyard pools, in that their PH varies and should be maintained at a certain level to be in an ideal state. Left acidic, they will breed bacteria growth. Kept slightly alkaline, they will be safe for use, given proper filtering. Just an analogy...http://www.healthmad.com/Nutrition/Acidosis-are-Yo ...Acidosis, are You Acid or Alkaline?

I lost weight by eating only lean meats like fish and poultry, cerals and oatmeal, eggs, vegetables, fruits, beans, and nuts. Then I put myself on a fitness routine that consisted of high intensity weight training and a healthy portion of cardio. I also use a Green Tea Extract supplement twice a day that has been proven to boost your energy and burn fat throughout the day. I read through all the clinical studies and the substantial evidence it provided. Green Tea Extract has tons of catchiens and antioxidants. I never knew that but I tried it and it worked pretty damn good. I used http://greenteaevolution.com Anyways I hope this helps someone down the road. I think it all amounts to changing your lifestyle and using things that work for you and throwing the rest away.

The company which produces this medication, Sanofi-Aventis, has been in lengthy negotiations with the FDA regarding gaining the critical approval required to bring Acomplia to market in the U.S. There has been much speculation about the reasons for the lengthy delay in gaining approval from the FDA. From http://www.medsheaven.com I am very Happy with the product.
