Next time we should simultaneously flash all the lights in prime numbers. That way any aliens up there know we are down here and either wipe us out or don't give a f**k since life is common and planet based life organic primitive.
Turn off the lights just for a while (several hours) at a proper time, when most people don't use it, will save the energy. The "World Silent Day" has proven it...
