shacknews.com — In what 3D Realms co-founder Scott Miller described as a "sucker punch", the Duke Nukem series developer has come under fire from the Entertainment Software Rating Board due to the use of outdated ESRB imagery on its official website.

once again the morons at the ESRB trying to "show their power" when in reality they are nothing more than school yard bullies with no c**ks.

Maybe so, but who EXACTLY is on that board? Does the board cover the full spectrum of gamers? I know a few religious fundies who are "gamers", but thier views certainly don't represent me and I'm sure many others opinions on the way games should be rated.

Their last product was Prey, which is very recent, FYI.

Everyone knows Duke Nukem Forever is a Hoax, who cares about 3d realms, really? They should be fined for the "Delayed" game.

Blah thanks ESRB lets just make DNF take even longer..... I think this settles it.. the people who control the ESRB have officially gone insane, now there trying to act like world police on video games or something? haven't they figured out yet that Jacko was just insane and had no idea what he was talking bout, he wasn't even fit to be a lawyer?

You know, fining 3D Realms because their s**t is all out of date is really kicking a man when he's down. It's like yelling at a cancer kid for puking on the new bedsheets after his chemo.Okay ESRB, first of all, EVERYTHING at 3D Realms is out of date! Secondly, they don't have anyone to update their website even if they wanted to. Thirdly, good luck finding an address to send that fine letter to (here's a hint, their PO Box at the homeless shelter can't accept certified mail).

I like 3D and everything that is made in 360 degree view!
