Actually, it really does not have anything to do with "catching terrorists".The point is simply to create a closed, controlled society and to instill fear in the populace. Innocence/Guilt is irrelevant, eventually random people are targeted as well.

When I shut down my computer with Windows XP, I get a bunch of these boxes that are programs closing, stuff I never had put on the computer. They fly by so fast, they are hard to read. Anyway, one of them has NSA in them. What is it? Even though I visit the same sights on my laptop with Vista, this doesn't happen. Anyone got any ideas?
