I'm not sure about Ensemble Studios, but Bungie is definitely no amateur with RTS game making. Myth: The Fallen Lords and Myth II: Soulblighter are two of the greatest RTS games out there. All strategy, all the time.
What jeo and Isolder said. You are an idiot fanboy. Blizzard is a good company, yes, and they do make good RTS's. This does not mean they are the only company that can make good RTS's. In fact, looking at what they've published, I believe Ensemble has made more RTS's than Blizzard, and even cutting out the few "bad" ones, they probably still have more "good" ones than Blizzard.
There hasn't been anything different about RTS games since the mid 90's (other than graphics). I'm SO freakin' bored by RTS it's not even funny. They should have made it a Total War style game, RTS' are lame.
