What you're advocating is mob rule. If enough people decide to do something - no matter how misinformed - they are not necessarily justified: they are just more numerous than the others. I don't see how sabotaging an American company's attempts at commerce have anything to do with national security. The scarf is... a scarf, as worn by millions of people worldwide.
