Wait...why is the Civic a bad car? My family owns three. Sure, there is a small price premium, but Japanese cars are consistently the most reliable (i.e. Toyota, Honda, Subaru). Being the smallest, cheapest, and most fuel efficient model, the Civic seems like an obvious choice for the individual driver.
@Brownsound ... Do none of those things apply to larger displacement engines. Good to know the supercharger on the Corvette ZR1 doesn't do anything. They should have gone with a 4-cylinder. Hang on I gotta call Mercedes, Ferrari, Lambo, Maserati, Saleen, Koeniggseg ... ad nauseum and let them know they can stop making large displacement engines, all they need is a 4-cylinder.
