We build bridges costing that and more all the time. We just pay our workers a decent wage so we get less bridge per dollar. Hell the last stadium we build in my city cost damn near that.

Actually the arabs didn't create Algebra, they created a few simple algorythms but that is all. Funny when you look things up instead of buying propaganda. Look up Diophantus. The book that was written by the Arabs was Algebra and it was a compilation of greek works. Just because it was in Arabic doesn't mean they invented it.!
