I don't live in New Orleans, but I am a few hours drive away... and I WILL go to the appeal trial there... December 3rd at the Federal Courthouse, just off Canal Street.

The biggest travesty of justice in recorded history. The sentence was heightened BECAUSE the agents USED GUNS! DUH! They were/are law enforcement personnel! Sutton and Sanchez AT LEAST deserve prison time, NOT the BP agents.And WHY hasn't Bush pardoned them??? This whole thing STINKS!Aldrete-Davila should be in a deep, dark dungeon. Wonder what he will do when his 5 Mil runs out. Oh, that's right - he'll only get a couple Mil, lawyers will take the rest. Then of course, he has the kickbacks to his best buds. He might be smuggling pretty soon now...

Justice would be served and the gene pool would be improved in a small way if sutton and sanchez shared adjoining nooses on the nearest tree to the courthouse.
