Much like the stigma that has been created around GWBush, the stigma associated with use of drugs is cloudy... If these proponents of drug testing think about what they are proposing, they may change their tune. It is my opinion that the best thing to prevent irresponsible drug or alcohol abuse is education... What will these drug tests accomplish? They will force those who experiment with drugs to be kicked out of school. Then where will their education come from? The streets. Rather than stigmatize drug use, encourage open conversation of the use. This will de-stigmatize the conversation and open doors for change.

If we did testing in schools we would see a 30% rise in a need for more jails and or treatment centers. Instead of putting people away why not change the climate that they are using in. Our society is affect our Yong people too. It has been for years. The only thing they got to look forward too is cleaning up the mess that the last generation made. That sounds like fun. The Iraq thing is costing 8 billion dollars a month. I guess we should all be looking for aluminum.

Will there ever be a day when people finally realize that drug tests are a major violation of privacy?
