courts.state.va.us— This is a real court case report based in Virginia. Basically a police office decided something was not right based on the assumption of home-made Cd's viewable in drivers car.

@badbox:I wholeheartedly agree with your principles, even though I have been on the other end of it (stupid woman destroyed my car and got off without a ticket because the cop gave her the wrong one). I'm pretty sure you're wrong about the last part of your comment though. If they execute a legal search of you car / house / etc., whatever they find is admissible evidence. The key of course is a legal search, so they must have at least some sort of probable cause, and in case of your home, a search warrant.
so fortycaliber...".If you are a cop (which I doubt you are, based purely on your word use and sentence structure) then you are aware of your 10%... every agency has them" does that mean, that cops, as a whole are more educated, more intelligent and plain ole better than the rest of us...? or does it just mean "PIG" as we all would have probably guessed anyway? you f**king moron. police have a place in this world, i know its your job to uphold the law, however...i think its crucial for you to open your eyes (all cops). how many stupid laws may be taken away if you, the police, would bitch about them, it may be a great help. meanwhile, the public in general doesnt like you people due to the swelled up attitudes and power trips you go on...im not saying all police are that way, i have friends who are policemen...hell , i play poker with the police chief of my town, but the vast majority are, and it is a real putoff to the american people. serve and protect, thats what its about, not persecute and belittle. get your head out of your ass.
