japanator.com — Apparently guest artwork was included in a re-release of the manga. Some of it is pretty damn cool, and it's just mind-blowing to see how dragon ball has influenced the entire anime industry. Highlights include art done by one piece's Eiichiro Oda and Kubo Taito of bleach fame.

For One Piece's 10th anniversary, Akira Toriyama (DBZ artist) and Eiichiro Oda (One Piece artist) did a short spinoff comic together called 'Cross Epoch', a crossover between both series featuring both sets of characters. Awwwww!!! this is great! I loved that show when I was younger. thanks for posting it. Too bad I'm a girl and none of my friends understand my secret love of DBZ. Btw I've always wondered about this... The 9000 thing... I dont get it. Someone break it down for me.

Not the same, but similar. There is a lot of homogeneity in anime art styles, luckily the variety of plots more than make up for it.
