Now hold it. The only thing "nutty" about Paul senior is his failure of enemy identification. The son has to show that he doesn't have the same failing, *while at the same time* teaching the father's most ardent supporters about enemy identification. Or at the very least showing a willingness to listen to a few analyses of the Koran. On other subjects, I don't see anything "nutty" about what the elder has said.

NoLibertarians:There is plenty to disagree about the Pauls' economic philosophies but calling them racist and anti American does nothing good because it's a serious accusation with debatable evidence. Especially to Ron Paul's followers. Just focus on the actual public policies they've announced. Which are easy to point out how incredibly wrong they are (at least economically I support most of their social ideas)

Damn, and I thought all this Ron Paul crap would go away when he dies, I guess there's another whole generation we'll have to endure.

I dunno why I am being buried, NoLibertarians is a good guy, and I, as his friend, said I disagree with him often, but always respectfully. I guess I am a part of the left wing bury brigade, and that's fine, criticize me all you want for that, I'm just sticking up for a guy who is pretty much the opposite of me, and yet has a lot to say. I would buy NoLibertarians a beer any day/

Actually, he's not, though it's a convenient coincidence.<a class="user" href="http://politics.nashvillepost.com/2009/05/20/ron-paul-son-not-named-after-ayn-rand/">http://politics.nashvillepost.com/2009/05/20/ron-p ...</a>
