Ill bet that billion dollars in hard cash that the pentagon lost a couple of years ago (and has still lost, and has said nothing more about it) would have gone a very long way in buying bluetooth legs for everyone who needs them.
It's amazing how people will find the smallest details to nitpick. Look, the guy can walk again with reasonable level of comfort considering his condition and what he has been through.
hey I'm a below the knee amputee myself and i think this story is cool.it feels good to walk,i got my new leg in nov.07' and it felt good to walk again.

What's going on? It seems that Digg's on an inspirational kick today! Is it the new algorithm or do we actually have hearts?

What? No user-replaceable battery? I'd rather stay in my wheelchair than buy that locked-in solution.

This is cool from a technological viewpoint but also tragic that this man had to have his legs blown off in a war which history will condemn.
