I am not saying, I have the answer, or an answer, I am saying we need to get government and insurance companies out of the decision making process.It is this enginnered dependency on insurance companies or the government (Medicaid, Medicare) that creates the situation of who gets, who doesn't. With a possible deep pocket sitting in the wings, it is next to impossible for market forces to correct the situation. If the only pockets doctors, hospitals, etc had to go to were John Doe citizen, the price, availability and capability of products would soon adjust.
