^^^That's pretty funny, if it works. I've been pulled over with an open container before, but I wasn't doing heavy drinking, nor was I above the legal limit (got breathalized and everything). The policeman didn't give me a ticket because he said I was honest, and I was respectful to him, but you can't have open containers, especially when you're the driver.

Most of you people think its not a big deal.Ohh I drink all the time.Ohh I drive my car everyday.I know how to handle myself.It wont happen to me.That what the drunk driver said that killed my once so beautiful aunt.She was on her way to pick up my cousin for a family vaca.to celabrate my cousins 9th birthday and before she even got there, shewas hit by a drunk driver. It was his 13th offence and you know what he got 7-9 yrsbut she got life. my family got life. and why? because he chosed to drink and drive,if your responsable to drink, get a friend who hasnt been drinking to bring you home.Call a cab. call a police officer they would be happy to pick you up from a bar and bringyou home. Do a good thing a dont drink and drive, and to the people who said "smoke weedinstead" my friend drove high and crashed his car into a house killing the old lady who lived there and a friend who was in the car with him. So no its not much better. If your under something dont drive. Be smart because we are all loved by someone. you never know you may kill someone you love, yourself or someone totally innicent like my aunt barbara.

actually if you have the keys in the ignition, even if the car is not on then your are "driving".
