Your ISP's name server, 13.37.133.777, has other protections above and beyond port randomization against the recently discovered DNS flaws. There is no reason to be concerned about the results seen below.
Why should that surprise anyone? Apple's idea of security is making ads about how annoying UAC is. They have never treated security flaws with the same degree of urgency that their competitors manage to conjure up. Just look at secunia, CVE or any other tracker for that matter to see how long it takes for patches to arrive.
I've used openDNS exclusively for 6 months now and never had this problem. You seem to be the kind of person that likes to screw around with your computer alot. Are you sure something else you're doing isn't causing this problem?For example, are you operating as a tor exit node? That can make Google CAPTCHA you every now and again.

I normally don't have problems with them. I am aware with the problems others have had. But I just don't use torrents, I don't use P2P.Rapidshare FTW!
