The article is right on the money. Let the carmakers restructure in chapter 11. They need to completely reshape their management bureaucracy in the US. They are top heavy, slow and unimaginative.They should dump everything that doesn't work, sell off divisions that have value and concentrate on exports.We neeed exports or we are doomed.
