myespn.go.com— Tom Brady's buckled left knee looks disastrous for one team. The other 31 NFL teams aren't too broken up about it...

Hey, he was working with the Statue of Liberty (Drew Bledsoe). The man never left the pocket in his entire career. What team has done well with him? You at least need a competitent QB. That we'll have with Matt Cassel, but I'm also really hoping we play our new kid on the block, Kevin O'Connell. Just going off what I saw in the pre-season, I think he may be the next Tom Brady.
Low blow? I've seen the play countless times, and there was nothing wrong with that hit. This isn't the touch football you played in grade school. I honestly don't understand how the Patriots can complain about it being a low blow or a dirty hit.And does anyone else find it hilarious how the Patriots of all teams are complaining about it being dirty?
It definitely is, and now we'll get to see how much of their success was Brady, and how much was the team. However, loosing a QB is one of the most devastating things that can happen to a team because of the importance of the position. It's not like Baseball where a whole team(Minus the pitcher in the AL) gets to bat, or make plays on the field. Or Basketball where everyone on the court shoots. The Quarterback in Football is the only person to handle the ball on every snap. There's a reason they're the only ones on the offense who have the Headset in their Helmet.
obviously the patriots aren't really that hurt by him getting hurt. it is a team sport that is why they are still going to do well. but it's great for other teams except that tony romo and donovan mcnabb are still healthy and throwing lazers. by the way .. im a philly girl all the way!!
