The other day, I met the sweetest damn cat in the world. On my way home, I stumbled across a water hose that had been left on. I decided to inform the owners, but on my way to the door, a cat popped out from the side of the house. I ignored it because cats typically just stand there and watch you from a distance; however, this one followed me up the steps and rubbed its head against my leg. While I waited for the owners to answer the door, I petted the cat. They never came, so I went around the house to see if they in the back yard. And the cat followed me all the way around, keeping practically a foot away from my heels the whole way. Every time I stopped, it would nuzzle against me, just being as friendly as it could possibly be. When I started walking home, it followed me, even jumping over a stream the water hose had created just to get to me.I barely know that cat, but I absolutely adore it.
