You don't seriously believe that treaties mean anything to Iran do you? They are only a tool they use for their own purposes.

^ ^ ^ No - I don't think that treaties mean anything to Iran. But the point is that if the world is going to get upset about nuclear proliferation in the Middle East, they should concern themselves with states that are in violation of treaties than states that are not.
