Having worked at the local Fox affiliate in my area for a little more than a year, I can tell you that editorial decisions for national content still come from the parent company, and some local issues are also edited by the parent company if they may have a national effect, such as elections of congressmen, and senators.I hated working for them. I hated being forced to give our stories a "spin" that were more often then not outright lies.I'm in a much better place now.
