zennie2005.blogspot.com — Nope. A Florida court of appeals told Fox it's legal to lie or distort the news. Wonder how Murdoch would take it if people lied on their job applications when they want to work for him? Regardless, a judge has determined the profits are more important than truth in reporting, launching Fox on the course we've watched nearly dumbfounded for years.

It's just amazing to watch the liberal mob try to sell it's freedom of speech down the river. ... and then they get all hot and bothered when fascism lands on their door. It's not like we live in a society where if Fox says something that isn't true, that it couldn't be countered on 10 different networks. Wait? why wasn't it .... oh, well maybe because all the other media networks are playing the same game? It's not like we've never had bulls**t spoon fed down out throats by the other networks from time to time. There was a time when the government could prosecute people for not telling the "truth" - f**k that s**t, people really have their head up their ass if they think they would be better off in such a society. Why does anyone think we have the whole damn 1st amendment to begin with.

But it's just another lie. If they can lie, they can lie about being liars too.

Are you seriously trying to say that "Obama was trying to kill old people"? You are insisting that that is true? That's complete bulls**t, and yes you did misrepresent my previous comment in another of your responses. Your little history lesson is, like I said before, completely irrelevant. You are talking about a subjective concept of truth, rather than an objective and dependable truth. No matter how much you insist, conjecture will never become fact without evidence, and even then it would no longer be conjecture. We can determine things to be true or false, that is why we have a court of law. If someone insights hate, misrepresents themselves, or outright lies, they can be sued. Or at least, they used to be able to be sued. For some reason big corporations are exempt from this, I wonder why.

So you're implying that they should be allowed to lie and misinform? Should all corporations have the legal right to lie to us with no accountability, or just Fox?

That's good. lol... You believe that crap? Please document one person who went to war because of FOX News. And what does the Fed murder have to do with FOX. You guys are cracking me up.Yes, FOX News sucks. But blaming them for murder is ridiculous. I guess Taxi Driver was responsible for the attempt on Reagan then right???
