You don't even need that. If you are alone with them, you can be certain that the only device in your nearby-Bluetooth-devices list will be theirs.

You're right... as long as they have bluetooth enabled and have made their device discoverable...Those two things are among the many things they don't have a hope in Hell of learning or doing...
