Yeah. Now, in France, all the users-generated-content websites are responsible of the links or content provided by their users. Usually you can moderate the content after publishing, now our law can ask to the administrators a pre-publishing moderation, which is strictly unpossible and unrealistic as soon as your website is a bit popular.
