google.com — Are you tired of spam in the comments section of Digg? Well, instead of marking comments as spam click the "x" and just BLOCK the users doing it, the page will reload and ALL the spam from the offending user will dissappear from the ENTIRE site, FOREVER. Link goes nowhere.

Im just looking through Koolaid's comment thing on his blog and it's been spammed the hell out of. One guy posted something thats taking about 5min to scroll through at full speed...

where did koolaidguy go ? (not that I miss him )... still cant see him or any of his posts at even spam threshold...wouldnt blocking an IP address from diggin itself repeatedly or digging too much in general be helpfull.......I dont think average users digg near as much as spammers need too...also if there was an Ebay type rating system in which only users with good comments could digg / post stories from an IP address more than a few times a day ( ability would increase w/ rating )This would force people to maintain the same username in order to establish positive feedback and also would encourage good behavioror they could use the SMS system ala Gmail...
