I agree that Digg has to fix their power user problem before they can go after stumbleupon but I don't think developing a toolbar is nearly as complicated nor will it take them off that goal for very long. Bring on the toolbar digg but don't forget that those of us who have been here forever aren't liking the direction the site is heading.
