umm... not sure this is right? Text via MXHR Stream took 6853ms to load, and 43ms for Normal? (Safari) Image load was around 1100ms for both.Could it be cause I'm in South AfricaEDIT: just refreshed it 382ms for Normal and 1478ms for MXHR
Agree with you on this - what's the difference between MXHR and a big JSON response? At least in the JSON response I can assign other properties to the file (like an identifier). Maybe that exists in the 'payload' parameter of the mime type listener but I didn't see it in the demo.s.listen('text/html', function(payload) { content += payload;});The coolest thing I learned here was about using the <object> tag to render binary data - that's a cool trick that I haven't seen before.
