history.howstuffworks.com— A bad LSD trip can drive a person to suicide. So what would have inspired the CIA to use American citizens as guinea pigs for its drug research?

One of the many disgusting things the CIA has done to both Americans and foreign nationals in the name of national security. The need to support any rightist group world-wide, simply to ideologically "beat the Soviet Union," both directly and indirectly triggered the biggest genocides of the modern era.If the CIA did nothing else but what it did in El Salvador, it should be dismantled.
I would not suggest this. It's one thing to drop 'cid in your own place, with a friend "baby sitting", surrounded by your comfortable stuff and listening to your music, and quite another being strapped to a bed in a hospital tripping balls. Now if you'll excuse me I need to make sure I've got enough orange juice.

If the government needs anymore volunteers for this. I will gladly sign up. You know for research purposes and such.
