All the speculation surrounding Hitler's hatred for Jews is stupid. Just looking at history will tell you why he had such a twisted view on Jews. During the inter war years, Germany's economy suffered from massive hyperinflation, as well as a depression far greater than America's. Communists were blamed for this, as they were thought to have "stabbed Germany in the back" during World War I, leading to a German "defeat" and a way-too-harsh Treaty of Versailles. Hitler, being the nationalist he was, hated Communists for this, and started to gain extreme right wing ideals, which later became known as fascism. During the Munich Putsch of 1932 (? date probably wrong, somebody correct me on that), Communists took over Munich, but this revolution was quickly quelled. It was found that a majority of the leaders of the Putsch were Jewish. Hitler, being the fascist he was, of course hated Communists, and in turn began to stereotype all Jews as Communists in his head. There you go. No crazy crackpot theories. History spells out his hatred of Jews for us.

i'm sick of people blaming Hitler's crime to his insanity. Hitler was not mentally challenged. A sane person is able to do horrible crimes when his decisions are excused by the mob mentality and prejudice and ignorance.

Sadly, people are talking about killing them. Thing is, we're at least fortunate to have enough people who /don't/ think that's a good idea that cooler heads prevail in this one instance.

Adolf Hitler advocated the murder of the Jews in Europe because he himself was propagandized by late 19-early 20-century anti-Semitic propaganda, which unnaturally influenced his thinking..I suspect part of Hitler knew that the average Jew was nothing like the sick propaganda he had Goebbels and Streicher spew..but since the Jews made such convenient scapegoats (and weren't "Aryans"), he couldn't resist using that stigma to his own advantage.
