"businesses are allowed to refuse to sell guns to people", but businesses are amoral at best... when was the last time you saw a business that didn't want to make money?you're okay with that?there's no law saying, don't sell a gun to the guy who just got out of prison for armed robbery?or murder?or to someone who's on anti-depressants?or how about someone who has schizzophrenia?post traumatic stress disorder?she said ANY restrictions... that means all of them can go in and load upyou think that makes Texas safer?look I'm not anti-gun, but a little common sense goes a long long wayand even Switzerland has limitations"To carry firearms in public or outdoors (and for an individual who is a member of the militia carrying a firearm other than his Army-issue personal weapons off-duty), a person must have a Waffentragschein (gun carrying permit), which in most cases is issued only to private citizens working in occupations such as security."and "To purchase a firearm in a commercial shop, one needs to have a Waffenerwerbsschein (weapon acquisition permit). A permit allows the purchase of three firearms. Everyone over the age of 18 who is not psychiatrically disabled (such as having had a history of endangering his own life or the lives of others) or identified as posing security problems, and who has a clean criminal record (requires a Criminal Records Bureau check) can request such a permit."

"There are people around me who do anyway, I am defenseless against them due to current laws"then I submit to youif they're carrying a gun illegally, and you can prove it, call a cop. Problem solved.otherwise why would you assume they're carrying guns?if you have no proof of this then you sound a little paranoid and a little cowardlyand honestly, that's the last person I want with a gun...

Yeah, I think Medina made a real mistake here. She was like, "Thank you, Glenn" at the end of the interview. If I was invited on Beck's show, I would talk over his questions and expose him for the modern day Benedict Arnold that he is.

The only conspiracy here is the one generated by Glen Beck to cover up the rape and murder of a girl back in 1990.
